Monthly Membership Packages

Small Business

Recommended for companies with

1 - 50 Employees

  • 10 hours of monthly services
  • Lead technical implementations and upgrades
  • Evaluate client system needs through discussion
  • Set up Clients and Employees in HRIS system
  • Works with team to ensure all data is obtained
  • Coordinate completion of data imports
  • Oversee and assist with application configuration, implementation and data conversion
  • Confirms product setup accuracy, verifies pricing and notify the supervisor of completion
  • Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources
  • Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project
  • Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues
  • Reads information to verify that records adhere to quality assurance specifications
  • Documents and tracks system test results and ensure systems are fully tested and approved before completed implementation
  • Train clients on system usage
  • Develop written training material as needed
  • Additional hours at discounted rate

MONTHLY FEE: $650 

Small to Mid-Size Business

51 - 150 Employees

  • 20 hours of  monthly services  
  • Lead technical implementations and upgrades
